But at 240 mm long, I think these earn a second job. Flip one over and you have a wonderfully simple, narrow storage tray for pencils, brushes, rulers, files, shaping tools and other longer items. Use one inside your SlipFit system where compatible, or simply put one on the bench and give those wandering tools a place to land.
Like the rest of the SlipFit system, the idea isn’t to tell you exactly what belongs where. It’s to give you useful pieces that can change as your bench — and the way you work — changes.
